CHARACTERISTICS
RAISA MANTA TERM is an opalescent white non-woven fabric made of polypropylene (PP). The anti-UV stabilizers it contains give it resistance to solar degradation.
By machine (depending on weight) or by hand, it is placed as a floating cover or above small arches forming little tunnels.
RAISA MANTA TERM is a thermal blanket that protects crops from frost (up to -5ºC), the interior temperature being 4 to 5 degrees higher. It is a material permeable to water and air, ensuring good ventilation of the crop. It is useful to prevent the passage of insects, birds and possible diseases.
Advantages and Tips
RAISA MANTA TERM has good mechanical properties to shelter crops where a favorable microclimate is created for the early development of the crop.
The sunlight transmitted through the thermal blanket is well used by the crop.
RAISA MANTA TERM is an economical, seasonal, disposable and recyclable product, although if stored carefully, it is possible to be reused from one year to the next.
Before use, the coils must be stored, in their original packaging, in a horizontal position in a warm, ventilated place protected from light.
