RAISA SILO B/W (Black and White)
The multilayer black and white plastic protecting animal feed in the silos.
CHARACTERISTICS
RAISA SILO B/N is a co-extruded black and white LDPE sheet.
It constitutes a barrier to air and water, preventing the presence of oxygen. This limits the loss of livestock feed due to poor aerobic fermentation and promotes good lactic fermentation without oxygen.
Its high resistance to perforation and tearing protects the forage against attacks by rodents and birds. The elasticity of the tarp helps to form a homogeneous and well-packed silo underneath it.
The white color of the sheet is positioned upwards, avoiding excessive heating, and the black color ensures the opacity essential to maintain the quality of the food.
Advantages and Tips
It is advisable to fill the silo in a dry environment and for as little time as possible.
The important thing is to tighten RAISA SILO B/W and avoid the formation of air pockets.
It is not recommended to step on the silo. It is advisable to place weights (RAISATEX SACOS sandbags) and a silo cover mesh (RAISATEX SILO) to guarantee good compaction of the forage and high protection against external elements, mainly animals.
Before use, the coils must be stored, in their original packaging, in a horizontal position in a warm, ventilated place protected from light.
