RAISA SOL (Transparent)
Transparent plastic to disinfect the floor thanks to the heat of the sun.
CHARACTERISTICS
RAISA SOL is a transparent multilayer coextrusion sheet made of LPEBD (linear) in thin thickness.
It is used during soil preparation to disinfect by the action of the sun’s heat. Its multi-layer structure is necessary to select, in each layer, the raw materials and additives (anti-UV; thermal; anti-fog) that give RAISA SOL all its properties for an optimal application result.
Advantages and Tips
Due to its formulation, our RAISA SOL sheet allows for high transmission of sunlight and retains infrared from the ground for as long as possible.
It is recommended to water the land as much as possible to achieve good thermal transmission and subsequently place RAISA SOL. Thus, we achieve that the soil temperature increases by 5 to 7ºC at a depth of about 15cm. This causes a high mortality of pathogenic agents (mainly nematodes and fungi).
It is an ecological, economical technique that avoids the attack of chemical products. It is applicable to both forced crops and outdoor crops.
Before use, the coils must be stored, in their original packaging, in a horizontal position in a warm, ventilated place protected from light.
